After having my baby, I quickly realized that balancing motherhood while healing my body was an entirely new challenge. I knew there had to be a better way than struggling through endless workouts and strict diets while trying to care for my newborn.

Over my career, I’ve worked with countless mamas like you—women who want to heal, regain their strength, and feel confident in their bodies again. What I’ve learned is that understanding how to heal postpartum, especially focusing on the core and diastasis recti, is key to a full recovery.
