Over the last 10 years I have been on a mission to help ambitious Mamas ditch the cycle, find food freedom, reduce stress and balance their hormones to shed fat that no longer serves them. 

I'm Megan — a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. And, I help Career Driven Moms lose the weight... for the last time.

Balancing career kids and ALL THE THINGS can lead to complete burn out… But when you have a strategic plan to prioritize your health FIRST then the balance will follow. The truth is you CAN do it ALL. I guide each client on exactly how to do this while shedding the weight that no longer serves them.


But the honest truth is… You can balance a healthy lifestyle while being a career women and raising the future. 

It wasn’t until the last 5 years of my life and over 15 years of chronic debilitating migraines that learned the importance of balancing hormones in order to live life pain free, lose weight, overcome stress, be a mom, and run a multiple 6 figures businesses. 

Tracking and working out with the rhythm of our cycles is key to health, weight loss, learning deeply about our bodies, and balancing hormones.

When I tapped deeply into my body I was freed from the unnecessary stress and weight I was holding onto. And became more productive and creative in my Business. Truly magical.

DISCONNECTED WITH THEIR OWN BODIES, STILL IN THE YO-YO DIET CYCLE AND STRESSED to the max. 

I see too many goal-oriented Mamas burnt out and NOT prioritizing them first. 
 

Once I figured out how to eat healthy, workout in less then 30 mins, run my dream business and be a MOM all without burning out…

Feeling constantly burnt out from both career life and mom life is not your destiny Mama. Connecting deeply with the body in way you never have before leads to more productivity and creation. 

After I had Phoenix I was determined to build my empire, be a rockstar mom, heal my pelvic floor, core and relationship with food.  

One I started to incorporate slowing down, working with my cycle, breath work, visualization, connection with my womb space and deep inner child and trauma work I was finally able to create a life I never even thought possible. 

I now teach hundreds of Moms every day how to do the same. I am passionate about beginning and ending every workout I teach with body mind connection and set you up for the most productive day possible.
